A webform acts as a supplement to your primary website, allowing you to produce simple or advanced web pages to display, collect and save information from campaign recipients or users.


Track the behaviour and response of recipients

• A webform can be used as a standalone web page, or several can be linked together. All webforms are fully trackable, allowing you to track the recipient’s behaviour and response.


All the information that is collected via webforms is automatically saved to the database, giving you an overview of who has launched the webform, who has provided information and the data that is saved via the webform, e.g.: 


• Subscribing
• Data editing
• Unsubscribing
• Questionnaires
• Search functionality
• Forward to a friend

Automated actions in campaigns
ZOOMIO Campaigner lets the system work for you via automated actions, allowing you to improve the efficiency of the sales process and make it far more inviting and professional based on the specific actions of recipients. The automated actions allow you to personalise your offers, ensuring that you can engage in more effective follow-up activities after a campaign.

 

Automated actions ensure that you get:
• Far better sales follow-up.
• Better management of communication with recipients.
• Access to valuable resources for other sales and marketing tasks.

 

Communication with your recipients can trigger:
• Passive response – when a recipient opens the e-mail.
• Active response – when a recipient clicks a link in the e-mail.
• Automated action – when a recipient clicks the e-mail, thereby launching an automated action, so that the sales personnel or other staff receive an e-mail or SMS notification.
