Certified Senders Alliance (CSA)
The organization CSA was initiated by the Association of the German Internet Industry and the German Direct Marketing Association. They constitute the central German “Whitelist” since 2005.
ZOOMIO is a member of CSA. That means that emails sent via the ZOOMIO Campaigner platform will have an easier time reaching the inboxes at ISPs and companies that use the CSA "Whitelist" as a parameter for determining if an email is spam or legitimate
Why the need for “Whitelisting”?
Even though CSA is German based it is increasingly European focused. Marketeers
who measure their email marketing activities by open rates, click-through rates or by leads or sales generated by the emails sent have learned the hard way that email delivery rates are of the utmost importance. Increasingly even solicited - permission based - emails are being caught wrongly in the spam filters of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and companies using external "Whitelists" as checklists for letting emails in.
The CSA Whitelist is a positive list for email service providers. With ISPs and email providers participating in the "Whitelist", solicited emails do not need to enter the ISP´s spam filter any longer and as a result the false positives and legitimate emails erroneously tagged as spam are supposedly reduced. The CSA membership ensures that ZOOMIO continue to be on the forefront of email delivery technology.

With the CSA certification the e-mails sent from ZOOMIO Campaigner will be classified a spam free and will reach the recipient directly.
